These SMS terms and privacy notice apply to the following programs and sites operated by 1000183181 Ontario Inc.: Bar Crawl Connect, Fright Crawl (frightcrawl.com) and Trick or Drink (trickordrink.ca).
Bar Crawl Connect organizes bar crawls and club events and partners with venues to host them. As part of that work, we send low-volume, conversational text messages to venue and business partners we already work with — to coordinate partnership logistics, confirm participation details, share event information, and answer partner questions.
We also run a consumer text-alert program for our public bar-crawl brands (for example Fright Crawl and Trick or Drink). Crawl-goers opt in on the brand website by entering their mobile number and ticking a consent box that is unchecked by default, agreeing to receive recurring automated crawl-night updates (venue changes, line warnings, stop reminders). Consent is not a condition of any purchase; message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

- How consent works
- Consent is obtained verbally through that prior direct business contact (by phone or in person), and is confirmed before we add a number. We do not buy phone numbers and never message anyone we don't already have an established business relationship with.
- Message types
- Partnership coordination, participation confirmations, event details and reminders/updates, and replies to partner questions.
- Frequency
- Varies — conversational and as-needed. There is no recurring scheduled blast.
- Links in messages
- Messages may sometimes include embedded links — for example to an event you're booking with us (to view the event page) or to our website (to see the status of your events and any important information at a glance).
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge a fee.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts (one confirmation is sent). Reply HELP for help.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message content are used only to communicate with you about the partnership program. We never sell your phone number or SMS opt-in consent.
