Operated by 1000183181 Ontario Inc., o/a Bar Crawl Connect (Etobicoke, ON).
Venues and businesses we already work with or have contacted by email or phone who confirmed interest in partnering with us, and bar-crawl hosts who have applied to work with us. We also run a separate consumer text-alert programme for our public bar-crawl brands, Fright Crawl and Trick or Drink, which has its own opt-in page.
Partners opt in on this page by entering a mobile number and ticking a consent box that is unchecked by default. Each box covers one category of message, so agreeing to operational notifications never signs you up for promotional ones. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or partnership. We keep a record of each opt-in including the wording shown, the time and the originating address.
Partnership and booking confirmations, event and shift reminders, replies to your enquiries, requested information, service updates and follow-up messages. Promotional messages are sent only to people who ticked the second box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, after which you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver the programme, such as telecommunications providers and messaging platforms. All other information-sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
